 СПЕЦИЈАЛИСТ ЗА “FMEA/PCR” ПРОЦЕС

FMEA/PCR RESPONSIBLE

FMEA/PCR Responsible prepares and measures to eliminate real and potential manufacturing faults, performing tasks related to the manufacturing process, blocking and control of the product.

Responsibilities:

  1. Moderates FMEA/PLP.
  2. Participates in creation of FMEA/PLP.
  3. Moderates meetings for FMEA/PLP.
  4. Keeps FMEA/PLP updated.
  5. Keeps standard PLP processes.
  6. Integrates Problem Solving Sheets (Customer claims, A-Faults from PA,…) into the FMEA according to work instructions.
  7. Takes participation during definition of corrective/preventive actions if needed.
  8. Informs and cooperates with Analysis team members regarding corrective actions definition/implementation.
  9. Coordinates the creation of the FMEA and is the contact for methodical procedures.

General Requirements

  • University degree (technical or similar) or at least one year experience in quality service
  • Training in quality management or experience with quality management skills and knowledge
  • Knowledge of KROSY, internal administrative system of KSMK
  • PC skills (MS OFFICE)
  • Fluent English
