ТРЕНЕР/OБУЧУВАЧ ЗА ПРОИЗВОДСТВО

Production Trainer

Directly reports to the Senior Trainer. Belongs to the HR Department and on a higher level reports to the HR Manager. Will execute all introduction trainings for new staff in production & become experts in all skills needed for specific production processes . Main tasks is to transfer the knowledge to employees.

The daily responsibilities include:

• All needed knowledge and skills to be transferred to direct workers in the required corporate standards
• Monitoring the quality work of newly hired staff in production
• Observing employees work and helping the production department with re-arranging work places

Requirements

• Proven experience as a trainer / teacher or any kind of instructor
• Ability to work in three shifts
• Excellent facilitation skills and interpersonal skills
• Patient; Good listener and charismatic speaker

General requirements

• University/secondary degree (engineering/electro)
• Practical knowledge of facilitation skills
• Ability to train/teach a group
• English is advantage
• Structured and systematic approach
