ВОДАЧ НА ГРУПА ВО ПРОИЗВОДСТВО

PRODUCTION TEAM LEADER

Reports to the Shift Leader. Will be responsible for all production processes and personnel on the line during one shift.

The daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Reporting deviations to the condition of equipment to maintenance & ensure that the deviations are eliminated;
• Functional & disciplinary management of assigned staff;
• Improving technical & organisational processes within production in coordination with other departments
• Accomplishing time, cost and quality targets for the assigned shift
• Following technical & organisational process standards during the shift in production

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of proven experience of managing manufacturing processes and people in a manufacturing plant
• Ability to manage people in three shifts
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Assertive and self-confident personality, with much willpower and drive

General requirements

• University degree (engineering/electro or similar) will be considered as advantage
• Fluent English
• PC skills on professional user level (MS Office)
• Decisive ; Structured and systematic approach
• Organizational and planning skills
• Team builder and team player
