ВОДАЧ НА СМЕНА ВО МАГАЦИН

SHIFT LEADER IN WAREHOUSE

Reports to the  Logistics Manager. Will be responsible for all warehouse processes and personnel during one shift.

The daily responsibilities include:

• Report deviations to specified process and introduce initial containment actions
• Assisting during operative tasks in the warehouse
• Coordinating and controlling resources used
• Organizing shift (functional, administrative)

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of proven experience of managing warehouse processes and people
• Ability to manage people in three shifts
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Assertive and self-confident personality, with much willpower and drive
• Decisive

General requirements

• University degree (engineering or similar)
• Fluent English
• PC skills on professional user level (MS Office)
• Structured and systematic approach
• Organizational and planning skills
• Team builder and team player
