 Fault Elimination Specialist in Quality

The Fault Elimination Specialist prepares measures to eliminate real and potential manufacturing faults.

Reports to the FBT Team Leader.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Necessary measures in escalations; Process analysis and identification of potential risks
• Taking the necessary measures during the risk analysis; Definition and implementation of standards
• Keeping the standards and preventive measures ; Participation in the FMEA creation
• Running the problem solving process; Improving the performance of problem-solving process

Requirements:

• University degree (Technical, or similar)
• Training in quality management or experience with quality management skills and knowledge
• Fluent English
• PC skills on professional user level (MS Office)

General  requirements

• Experience in quality management is an advantage
• Expertise in production is advantage
• Customer-oriented (internal and external)
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking
• Structured and systematic approach
