СПЕЦИЈАЛИСТ ЗА ПЛАНИРАЊЕ НА ПРОИЗВОДСТВО
Production Planning Specialist
The job holder is a liaison between the customers and the plant. Based on customers’ forecasts prepares plans for production, and monitors whether the deliveries are on time.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Reports with actions and disciplinary to the local Logistics Manager and central Logistic
- Production planning based on customers‘ needs
- Management of supply chain to customers
- Communication with customers
- Plan, optimize, describe and introduce programs and process
- Coordinate deliveries with dispatch and check delivery reliability
- Allocate orders to lines or production plants
- Train plant planners for series production
- Define, control finished goods stock and support plants if deviations occur
- Calculate Logistics costs
Requirements:
- Good formal business or technical education
- Fluent English and/or German is a must
- Experience in manufacturing is advantage
Personality Requirements:
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to travel abroad up to 60% in the year is a must
- Good communication skills
- Strong customer orientation
- Ability to work independently
- Result driven, goal an action-oriented
- Open-minded
