СПЕЦИЈАЛИСТ ЗА УПРАВУВАЊЕ СО ПРОМЕНИ
Officer Change Management
The daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Create time calculations and incorporate changes
- Create line plans and incorporate changes
- Assist in the initial processing of new orders (FAW)
- Take Make-or-buy decisions
- Prepare analysis of weak spots in production flow
- Define and introduce standards for FAW/change management
- Reports disciplinary and with actions to the local IE manager and central division
General requirements
- University degree in the Industrial Engineering or other relevant area
- Experience with integration programs
- Familiar with 7 Elementary Quality Techniques (Q7) and 7 Quality Management Tools (M7)
- Familiar with change management principles and 8D Reports
- Experience working with MS Office
- Fluent English is a must (verbal and written)
- Advanced German (verbal and written) will be considered as an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
