ВОДАЧ НА СМЕНА ВО ОДДЕЛ ЗА КВАЛИТЕТ

Shift Leader in Quality

Reports to the Quality Manager. Will be responsible for all quality processes and personnel during one shift.

The daily responsibilities include:

• Releasing and withholding products
• Training and monitoring of quality inspectors; Monitoring test equipment
• Introducing and monitoring quality control cycles ; Monitoring re-qualification testing
• Introducing, deciding on and monitoring quality relevant corrective actions in production
• Functional and disciplinary management of subordinate staff

Requirements:

• University degree (engineering/electro or similar)
• At least 3 years of proven experience of managing quality processes and people
• Ability to manage people in three shifts
• Fluent English
• PC skills on professional user level (MS Office)
• Structured and systematic approach
• Organizational and planning skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Team builder and team player
• Assertive and self-confident personality, with much willpower and drive
